ABOUT
Meet the Twisselmans
The Twisselman family has been ranching on the Central Coast of California in Carrisa Plains since 1884. Today, Twisselman Ranch spans across 80,000 acres and is owned and operated by the Twisselman family. Agriculture continues to be the heartbeat of the ranch as it has over the past 130 years. The ranch operates today as a working cattle ranch and farming operation, and most recently agritourism - opening its gates for guests to experience ranching traditions through glamping, camping, and guided hunts.
Ethan and Adriane, along with their daughters McKinley and Cora, started Temblor Mountain Pack Train in 2017 and opened the ranch's gates to visitors from far and wide. Ethan and Adriane have put their heart and soul into creating an authentic and unique experience for each of their guests. But as they say, it takes a village. With the help of family and friends, this little piece of paradise continues to expand to welcome guests to experience California's Rual Retreat in style. Book your stay today at the historic Twisselman Ranch!
